violence is always the answer

just destroyed my iPhone against the wall of my room
smashed it there about ten-fifteen times? the front of it's in about a hundred glass shards
i have glass in my hand, too, and i think i smashed my left index knuckle a bit
and my elbow hurts somehow, as well. must have jarred it

oh well. it's all worth it, it was fun and it got out a lot of anger
only bad thing is that i'm like the hulk, and when i snap, i snap badly.

i always feel like smashing shit, but when i actually do, nothing really lasts :c

oh well. it's insured.

if any of you are actually curious as to why i smashed things in the first place, it's because i found out that my stupid ex/boyfriend cheated on me not just once, but twice.
fucking life. is there medication to help you get over an unhealthy relationship?
